While Jack is our primary point of contact for business development, he has a keen eye for ensuring the accuracy of casework design so it can seamlessly be manufactured and installed without sacrificing quality. Frequently, you’ll find him on the production floor making sure each project is moving smoothly through the process.

With almost four decades of experience in the commercial and residential casework industry, Jack has worn various hats – from plant manager to estimator and engineer.

Jack brings his wealth of expertise to craft the perfect millwork solution tailored to your needs. For Jack, every project is personal, and his passion lies in delivering top-notch quality work every single time.

With 23 years of experience in the commercial cabinet making industry, John’s journey began from the ground up first sweeping floors and swiftly climbed the ranks to run the laminate department within his first year. John’s hands-on approach led him through every department, mastering processes from custom cabinet finishing to CNC operation.

With diverse roles such as Lead Installer, Shop Foreman, Drafting/Engineer, Purchaser, and Maintenance, John is a jack-of-all-trades in the casework world and lead engineer for Cooperworks.

From designing to engineering for production, John’s committed to crafting top-notch casework and ensuring all bases are covered, providing the team with the necessary support and information to complete jobs efficiently and without issues.

William began working in casework in 2002, quickly advancing from hardware installation to lead installer within a year. With expertise in measurement, cutting, assembly, and finishing of cabinets, he extended his skills to laminated countertops and high-end custom pieces.

His versatile roles include Shop Foreman, General Manager, and entrepreneur in woodworking. With 22 years of experience, he now serves as a casework draftsman and chief project “troubleshooter” at Cooperworks.

Passionate about continually learning from other craftsmen and sharing his knowledge, William fosters a positive workplace morale, recognizing its impact on team health and productivity.

As the lead estimator for Cooperworks, Mark serves as the critical interface between engineering, production, and our customers. He brings extensive project management skills to the role with his meticulous attention to detail, ability to navigate custom projects, and talent for collaborating with clients and partners. Mark is dedicated to doing what it takes in the early estimating and planning phases to ensure quality products are delivered on time and on spec. His commitment to excellence and strong communication skills make him an invaluable asset to the Cooperworks team.
